Connecticut Cellar Doors, a well respected home improvement company specializing in basement entry solutions, is seeking a reliable and organized Office Administrator to support our growing team.

This role is essential to keeping our daily operations running smoothly. You will work in a team environment alongside production management and the Director of Operations. Responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling appointments for sales representatives to meet with homeowners, coordinating installation schedules, managing paperwork, and maintaining customer relationship management systems.

Great phone skills, excellent customer service, and strong attention to detail are a must. The ideal candidate will be professional, dependable, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
