This role is essential to keeping our daily operations running smoothly. You will work in a team environment alongside production management and the Director of Operations. Responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling appointments for sales representatives to meet with homeowners, coordinating installation schedules, managing paperwork, and maintaining customer relationship management systems.

Great phone skills, excellent customer service, and strong attention to detail are a must. The ideal candidate will be professional, dependable, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Customer service is our priority and as a Connecticut Cellar Doors Installer you are expected to provide 100% Customer Satisfaction from the moment you arrive on site.

Responsibilities include:
Installation of cellar doors, basement windows, entry doors, stairs, etc. to company standards. Driving company vehicles to job sites. Heavy lifting may be involved. Customer interaction and instructions after installation. Collection of final payment from the customer. Perform repairs and correct installation discrepancies.

The Candidate will need to:
Be quality oriented having a high degree of “Pride in Workmanship”. Be highly productive and efficient. Have the ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Be highly organized and responsible. Must have excellent measurement skills. Must be customer service oriented. Must have technical skills in carpentry, siding, and minor masonry. We offer an outstanding commission based pay schedule with all leads provided. Our top producers earn very respectable year round commissions. Successful candidates will be provided all sales leads.

All Leads arise from customers who specifically requested information about our products and services and are seeking an estimate. No cold calls! All product training and sales tools are provided. Full office support is at your disposal to assist with your success and set appointments.

Commission-only position.
75K-150K on-track earnings.
